A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:
The Lord Chief Justice, with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement, has issued Sameena Parvaz JP, of the Birmingham and Solihull Bench with a reprimand for failing to meet the minimum sitting requirements of her appointment.
