A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:
Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb DBE, with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement, has issued Vanessa Wood JP of the West Yorkshire bench with formal advice for berating officials and misusing her judicial status in an attempt to gain influence following the cancellation of her son’s driving test.
