STATEMENT FROM THE JUDICIAL CONDUCT

INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE

Lorraine Coulton JP

A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:

The Lord Chancellor, with the Lord Chief Justice’s agreement, has removed Lorraine Coulton JP, of the South and West Devon bench, from the magistracy for failing to engage with the bench or undertake mandatory training as required.
