A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:
The Lord Chief Justice’s has, with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement, issued Herminder Channa JP of the Birmingham and Solihull bench with reprimand for failing to meet the minimum sittings requirement of her appointment.
