A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:
The Lord Chief Justice and Lord Chancellor have removed Mrs Kiren Owens JP, of the Black Country bench, for failing to attend mandatory training or engage with the bench since her appointment to the magistracy in May 2020.
