A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:
Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb DBE, with the Lord Chancellor’s agreement, has issued Helen Lloyd JP of the Ceredigion/Pembrokeshire bench with a formal warning for an incident where her behaviour towards two members of HMCTS staff failed to demonstrate courtesy, patience and tolerance.
