A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office Said:
Mrs Christine Atkinson-Rose, a magistrate appointed to the Black Country Bench, has been removed from the magistracy by the Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice for failing to meet the minimum sitting requirements of a magistrate and for failing to attend essential training.
