A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office Said:
The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice have removed Ms Gurdev Harnal, a Lay Member for the Valuation Tribunal England, for failing to meet the minimum sitting requirements of her appointment.
